Responsibilities
- Processing of written customer orders in the area of customer balancing
- From the legitimacy check of the orders to the final payment, you process the orders independently and in cooperation with the team
- Processing and updating of customer and account data in the bank's internal system
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth handling of daily tasks
Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Efficient and dynamic way of working and quick comprehension
- High accuracy and reliability in data processing
- Ability to work in a team as well as independent and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
