Automated Tester (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for end-to-end testing
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and design test cases accordingly
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities
- Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
- Ensure test environments are set up and maintained for testing purposes
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes
- Provide regular updates on test progress and results to stakeholders
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in automated testing, preferably in an end-to-end testing role
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (not Unit)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
