Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to thoroughly define and document processes covered by the application
- Engage with business teams to understand and detail the full lifecycle of contract management for direct marketing assets, from offer generation to contract saving, registration towards a DSO, data availability for invoicing, and data exchange for the redispatch 2.0 process
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs
- Ideally, review and analyze the existing Java Spring Boot codebase to validate the implemented processes against defined business requirements for legacy features
- Develop comprehensive documentation of all business processes and logics to support the potential rewriting of parts or the entire application
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Profile
- Proficient in German both written and spoken
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Profound understanding of business process modeling and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders
- Familiarity with contract management processes and direct marketing assets
- Ability to review and understand Java Spring Boot code to ensure alignment between business processes and technical implementation
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
