Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and create user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and expectations
- Design technical target concepts and software interfaces
- Assess running development and development working plan towards successful deployment
- Plan project milestones, execute sprint planning, and ensure agile project management
- Develop testing concepts, coordinate testing and feedback, and ensure quality assurance
- Coordinate the implementation of software solutions according to technical target concepts
Profile
- Experience in requirement engineering, business process analysis, and solution design
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as VSM, and use cases
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with software development tools, such as Outsystems, Java, or .NET
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as relational databases or NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Familiarity with the semiconductor industry, quality management, and reliability testing would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
