As CompuSoft embarks on an exciting growth journey, we are looking to expand our sales team with a new member for a newly created, cross-functional role focused on the DACH market.

Aufgaben

The role involves developing sales of our well-established full-service booking platform to new and existing customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will handle solution sales of our self-developed products, including booking systems, online booking, checkout solutions, ticketing solutions, access control, self-service solutions, guest apps, and various add-ons and modules. Establishing and maintaining business relationships throughout the tourism sector in the DACH region is crucial, as is creating and maintaining healthy and positive customer communication. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, participating in planning sales activities and meetings. The role requires approximately 60 days of travel per year within the DACH region with different options for where you can have an office. Our head office is located close to Odense, and our sub-office is in Padborg close to the Danish border.Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for new logo clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Follow up on leads, offers and schedule meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling.
  • Conduct presentations and demos, both remotely and on-site.
  • Oversee sales projects in collaboration with our on-boarding team.
  • Participate in industry fairs.
  • Continuously update sales activities and campaigns in our CRM system.

Profil

  • You are fluent and can communicate effortlessly in German.
  • You can present our IT solutions at a professional level with the customer's business in focus.
  • You have knowledge about the camping industry (the tourism industry will also be fine).
  • You are a super user in e.g. CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • You have strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and offer management.
  • You understand our customers’ business and needs.
  • You have vast experience in sales and customer service.
