Responsibilities
- You will be expected to stay up to date with local and national building codes and regulations, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary standards and requirements.
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting(CAD) and Revit (BIM).
- 3D Modeling: Creating 3D CAD models in Revit for a wide array of applications.
- Generating new concepts and fresh ideas on projects to meet client requirements.
- Developing design concepts and continuing development through all designphases.
- Preparing concept design, schematic design, and design development.
- Blueprint Creation: Developing detailed design plans, schematics, and constructiondrawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project specifications.
- Project Coordination: Collaborating with contractors and other team members to ensure seamless project execution, addressing any design-related issues or modifications as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Performing thorough quality checks and reviews of design work to eliminate errors and discrepancies in the final plans.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and change orders throughout the design and construction process.
- Knowledge of the Danish building regulations
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Superior proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Danish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
- Preferred Background: Previous work experience in civil engineering, architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Languages required: Danish & English
