Cloud Connectivity Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Further develop the WAN portfolio with a focus on Cloud Network connectivity
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity
- Control costs on service elements
- Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements
- Monitor and analyze service performance, initiating measures to resolve issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead projects to introduce new technologies and solutions in the network environment
Profile
- Professional experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
- Know-How in Implementation of a cloud connectivity solution with proactive management by a provider
- Extensive knowledge in SDN (Software Defined Networking), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cloud network connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Profound experience in one of the above-mentioned areas
