Construction Coordinator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Maintaining relevant records and generating reports for the construction management
- Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses in cooperation with the construction management
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Support the Construction Manager and Snr. Construction Manager with the day to day business activities
- Inspect (coordinate) construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications
- Document inspections and report any issues to the construction management
- Support the Facility Coordinator for the daily activities, such as maintenance works and coordination works for placements etc.
- Coordinate laydown and tent areas with the construction manager for all projects
- Coordinate with projects agreed weekly/monthly traffic studies with projects in coordination with the construction management team
Profile
- BSc in Engineering discipline or Completed technical apprenticeship
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Technical Skills: Process management and improvement, Time management, Attention to detail and organization skills , Leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Client relationships, Innovation mindset
- German and English language required
- Independent and problem-solving mindset
- Team Player
- Hands on and proactive acting on Site (This is a field and not only an office position)
