Expert Digital Projects & Value Management (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Supporting mature digital assets (ensuring maintenance, annual upgrades and licence renewals
- End-to-end management of the life cycle of mature products (these are the platforms that are already licensed: when is the VL of the licence, overall planning of these topics
- Represents the end-to-end process and must be organised in good time)
- Help build and support a model to monitor and improve the value in use and reduce the cost of annual licences by closely tracking usage and adoption (negotiate prices, negotiate global licence agreements, etc.)
- Liaising with vendors, resourcing, measuring impact, resolving performance issues and ensuring efficient allocation
- Liaising with POD leaders and business partners to understand and meet resourcing needs
- Review existing external hires and manage them through to contract expiry, negotiate and sign contracts
- Value tracking with manufacturers (e.g. scrutinising prices, negotiating global licensing model)
- Excellent project and programme management experience
- Identifies and implements scalable and consistent reporting methods to provide transparent information on key digital products.
- Adopt best PM practices and hold the team accountable to these standards
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a science or business related field required, advanced science or business related degree preferred
- Experience in negotiating Licences, External Ressources, cost tracking and end-to-end process tracking
- Relevant project experience in a regulated environment (GxP)
