Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Analyze the evolution, trends, and monitoring of the P&L of at different levels: Revenue, Opex, Capex and HC. A fluent communication with various project managers, accounting, etc.
- Support in the preparation of the budget and forecasting. Collaborate in identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities. Support in proposing corrective actions to meet the objectives established in the budget, strategic plan, and annual forecast
- Prepare periodic reports to allow monitoring and evaluation of results
- Implement tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve management control efficiency
- Provide necessary information from each area for the management report: operational/financial KPIs by area, roadmap, projects, results, highlights, etc.
- Support in the evaluation of project profitability with the aim of maximizing benefit
- Collaborate in the economic viability analysis of new initiatives and projects
- Ensure IT financial processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information
Profile
- Professional in Economics/Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Master in Finance or MBA will be value
- Solid experience in IT financial management or a similar role
- Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP EMP, SAP Analysis Office and Oracle
- Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI and Tableau
- High problem-solving capacity
- Multitasking with organizational capability and critical thinking
- English: required C1 level, Portuguese and Italian: will be valued but is not essential
