Global IT Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis related to procurement activities
- Understanding new IT and Telecom technologies (Software, Services, Cloud, SaaS, etc.)
- Developing sourcing demand plans
- Conducting market research on IT products and services
- Managing complex competitive events autonomously (RFX: Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Request for Quotation)
- Conducting negotiations, including commercial and legal terms and conditions
- Managing various agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), etc.
- Supporting the contract lifecycle management
- Monitoring and assessing vendor performance through scorecards and other evaluation methods
- Building and maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Providing advance reports on procurement activities (KPIs, SLAs, Capex/ Opex Spend)
- Collaborating closely with the legal department to ensure appropriate legal protection
Profile
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with video calls and meetings
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a keen attention to accuracy
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Passionate about building new capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
