Head of HR (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Management of an international HR team and strategic development of the department
- Responsibility as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters within a large-scale HR change project
- Foster out company values, ensuring alignment with business objectives by driving a culture of accountability, high performance and an inclusive workplace
- Play a key role in managing organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
- Further develop the automation and employee centric approach throughout the employee life cycle
- Creation and optimization of labor law agreements and guidelines
- Optimization and quality assurance of key HR processes, including operational execution
Profile
- Degree in business administration with a focus on HR management or a comparable qualification
- Proven and in-depth experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, building a strong team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into hands-on HR initiatives
- Demonstrated success in change projects, employee engagement, and culture development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Germany and Europe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced with different HR software
- Fluent in German and English

Salary information
Depending on professional experience and qualifications, the gross annual salary is between EUR 150.000 and 180.000.
