HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support in recruiting as well as onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Supporting employees with questions about contracts, salaries and other HR-related topics
- Testing of newly introduced HR software (SAP SF Employee Central)
- Support with the organization and implementation of both local and global employee events and meetings
- Management coaching
- Stakeholder management
Profile
- Sound experience in the HR field is mandatory
- HR BP experience in an international environment is mandatory
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Experience with the 3 HR pillar system is a plus
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Reliability, strong communication skills, ability to work independently
