Junior Engineer for system integration and testing (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Setup, commissioning and maintenance of test systems for manual or automated test procedures
- Analysis of requirements documents, creation and maintenance of test case catalogs
- Execution of integration and system tests on test setups or pre-production vehicles
- If necessary, creation/scripting of automated test cases
- Creation, analysis and verification of error tickets if necessary with system managers or developers
- Participation in debug, test or integration workshops, if necessary also in status and acceptance tests
- Intensive cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners
Profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science or a comparable technical discipline
- High technical affinity and fast grasp of complex systems
- Knowledge of common communication protocols (from the IoT, web or vehicle environment)
- Initial experience with programming and/or scripting languages (e. g. C++ or Python)
- Initial experience in the automotive industry environment
- Certification according to ISTQB or CAT desirable
- Strong communication skills, independent work style as well as detail and process oriented work style
- Good written and spoken English; German desirable
