Microelectronics Process Expert (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead process development and project execution in various microelectronics fields
- Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be responsible for product reliability evaluation within your area of expertise
- Develop manufacturing process flows for components, promptly resolve quality issues, and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases
- Improve product yield and address major challenges within your scope of responsibility
- Monitor and follow up on engineering processes, address deviations, and implement corrective actions. Analyze and summarize process data from engineering batches and handle technical problems
Profile
- Familiarity with process flows, manufacturing processes, and characterization techniques is preferred
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following processes: thin film, substrate cutting & polishing, diffusion, wet etching, dry etching, photolithography, or SiC processes or similar
- Proficiency in measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process results
- Experience in semiconductor material processing
- Experience in successful mass production in leading industry factories
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in Germany or worldwide
