Order-to-Delivery specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the registration process for all final customers within our market
- Analysing the actual registration data and steering of our external service provider on a daily basis
- Supporting our fleet manager to assure a perfect customer experience from order income until handover
- Improving our operational processes by implementing preventive measurements
Profile
- Looking for a flexible and motivated colleague who understands the current market challenges
- Open for new topics and motivated to change and improve the actual processes.
- Work under fast changing circumstances and high pressure
- Excel skills mandatory
- Salesforce, SAP skills nice to have
