Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and fine-tune interfaces between the ERP system and other applications and prepare related documentation to support ongoing operations
  • Implement key projects within the Financials (FSCM) and HCM domains, including Travel Administration Management (TAM) system, Procure to Pay business process, Implementation of a new ERP system and HCM & payroll-related initiatives
  • Resolve Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) incidents assigned to the support team, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Implement change requests through the monthly release cycle and deliver design documents, technical solutions, test cases, and other relevant documentation as well as provide business support during implementation and post-implementation production support
  • Develop clear, detailed technical and functional documentation for developed solutions and ensure documentation is comprehensive and suitable for future support and development needs
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Client team and ensure the team is fully informed about design, decisions made, potential risks/issues, and operational and support aspects of delivered solutions
  • Offer unit and integrated testing of developed objects to ensure quality and performance
  • Provide support during the user acceptance testing phase and ensure successful sign-off by the client focal point
  • Prepare and deliver necessary functional design documents, solution prototypes, process designs (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing and training documentation and the final solution for assigned change requests and projects 
  • Provide hands-on techno-functional services (including configuration, queries/reports, data extracts, etc.) to support the initiatives outlined above

Profile

  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and fine-tuning interfaces between ERP systems and other applications
  • Strong expertise in software development, particularly within the Financials (FSCM) and HCM domains
  • Experience with Travel Administration Management (TAM) systems, Procure to Pay business processes, ERP system implementation, and HCM and payroll-related initiatives
  • Proficiency in resolving Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) incidents
  • Ability to implement change requests through a structured monthly release cycle
  • Strong skills in developing technical and functional documentation
  • Experience in knowledge transfer and training
  • Proficiency in unit and integrated testing of developed objects
  • Ability to support user acceptance testing and ensure successful sign-off
