Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, emphasizing upskilling initiatives
- Work closely with development teams to ensure digital learning products are delivered on schedule
- Supervise content management platforms and ensure seamless integration of media tools
- Optimize Learning Experience Platforms, ideally with experience in Cornerstone
- Manage and support Learning Management Systems
- Create engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the learning experience
- Ensure all learning materials and platforms are current and of high quality
Profile
- Extensive experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
- Expertise in product management (eLeaning, upskilling products)
- Experience in agile environment
- Strategies for digital content
