Responsibilities

  • This role is key to setting up Quality systems and standards for manufacturing drones and systems for the Aerospace industry. This including Development, manufacturing parts, subcontracting parts, assembly and test and demonstration flights.Standards are AS9100, EMAR, STANAG and other civil and military standards needed for supplying to and operating in both civilian and military airspace.The market is truly international.
  • Setting up and implementing above mentioned Quality systems in the organisation needed for supplying to the airspace industry, both civilian and military.
  • Get overview of certifications needed for the product and systems.
  • Keeping track of documentation, processes, and procedures
  • Internal auditing
  • External auditing
  • Securing all necessary approvals and certifications are in place.
  • Report to Operations manager.
  • Management representative of the Quality management systems and certifications.
  • To provide support to development of the product and systems in QA, certification and approvals according to relevant standards.
  • Management of all quality and regulatory operations for all sites.
  • Monitor, review and approval of project and product documentation, to ensure compliance.

Profile

  • Deep knowledge and experience with AS9100 for the aerospace industry
  • Alternative solid background and experience in QA from automotive industry.
  • Experience of supporting introduction of new products and systems to a highly regulated international market.
  • Experience working with defense and military.
  • Has be able to be security cleared to a minimum NATO Secret level.
  • Good technical capabilities, communication skills. Teamwork, proactive and ability to perform in a stand-alone role.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100, EMAR, STANAG
  • Good technical or science background, with a proven track record
