R&D Team Assistant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Assist technical departments and management team to organize the dailybusiness
- Prepare workshops & presentation to move things forward
- Accelerate team activities and assist successful project running
- Support team related office activities and organize administrative topics likepurchasing, procurement processes, business trips and business meetings
- Report to the department manager by creating documentation, meeting minutes and weekly statistics
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics or similar education
- Working experience in an international acting company including work experience in an Assistant role
- Flexibility and motivated working attitude
- Commitment to innovation, good skills in visualizing new ideas and concepts
- Profound English knowledge, German or Chinese skills
- Willingness to work on site
