Reliability and Test Technician (m/f/d) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Set up the reliability tests for packaging applications (e.g. power cycling, TST, HTS, etc.)
- Through static test and dynamic test, conduct electrical characterization and analysis of power module prototypes
- Create and develop the automated test programs to characterize power components
- Organize and maintain a modern reliability lab in a clean room area
- Prepare relevant documentations and assessments, e.g. for purchasing, work instruction, safety measures; while take care of administrative tasks and communicate with the suppliers
Profile
- Completed qualification as Technician in Electronics and/or Mechatronics (state- certified)
- More than 3 years of professional experience in high-tech industrial areas and relevant fields
- Deep knowledge in electronics or electrical field, ideally in semiconductor assembly (e.g. electronic packaging, molding)
- Practical experience in mechanical construction of parts for tools, machines, samples (CAD, and with machine)
- Technical understanding of power electronic devices, materials and packaging processes
- Proficient level of speaking and writing in English; German or Chinese is a plus High flexibility and motivated to handle multiple tasks
- Can-do spirit, and willing to step out of comfort zone for extra mile
- Effective team player with willingness to cooperate and participate in multi-cultural teams
