Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and running IT services
- Analyzing IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses.
- Training staff to use the new IT system
- Business partnering for key users and process teams
- Contribution to Problem Management, Incident Management, Request fulfillment, Access Management, Event Management, Lifecycle Management
- A few additional tasks like process management, incidents management, monitoring
Profile
- Professional in Data Platforms (-Azure -AWS - Google Cloud), Multi Cloud Architecture, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark and Kafka)
- Intermediate in Office productivity Software ( -MS Office / O365 Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), Powershell, Release Management, Hybrid Cloud Orchestration
- Professional in desigining and implementing of data platforms and data lakes
- PDM Processes - good know how
- Quality processes, sales processes
