Senior Controller (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Drive and Support Controlling activities in SAP Project Stream R2R mainly with focus on implementation of new financial steering model
- Set up of standard cost for all services and products and define rule set on it’s application
- Define WBS Structure for all services and products
- Support in Budgeting Process for new FY (ideally based on new FSM)
- Be interface towards our main implementation partner as well as business representatives to ensure accuracy of implementation
- Bring FSM to business, organize and execute trainings towards SME from business
- Provide guidance on documentation of processes and tools around the FSM
- Drive and Support to bring new Financial Steering Model live within the SAP transformation Project
- Prepare / Lead End User Training on new Financial Steering Model
Profile
- Degree in management accounting
- Senior Management Accounting Professional
- Strong experience from ERP transformation Projects, ideally migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in Standard Cost Accounting
- Ideally with experience in management accounting from Fintech / IT companies
- Hands on personality with drive and integrity who is also able to survive in rough waters
- Flexible mindset to adjust to change
- Outgoing personality to enable change management / end user training within the company
