Senior Manager Global Health & Safety (Logistic) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing global health and safety strategies, policies and procedures
- Monitoring and assessing compliance with health and safety standards in all business areas
- Identifying risks and threats to the health and safety of employees and customers
- Developing and implementing training programmes and initiatives to improve the health and safety culture
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that health and safety standards meet legal requirements
Profile
- Experience in developing and implementing robust safety programmes and promoting a safety culture in a multinational environment.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in health and safety, including ISO 45001 and Behaviour Based Safety.
- Strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and diplomatic but firm demeanour.
- Business fluent in English
- Excellent organisational and coaching skills.
- Ability to effectively problem solve, work independently and work under time pressure.

Salary information
The compensation for this position will be in the range of €80,000 to €100,000, commensurate with experience.
