Senior SAP Controller for ERP Transformation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Drive and support controlling activities in the SAP Project Stream R2R, focusing on implementing a new financial steering model
- Establish standard costs for all services and products, and define a rule set for their application
- Define the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for all services and products
- Assist in the budgeting process for the new fiscal year, ideally based on the new financial steering model
- Act as the interface between our main implementation partner and business representatives to ensure accurate implementation
- Introduce the financial steering model to the business, organizing and executing training sessions for subject matter experts
- Provide guidance on documenting processes and tools related to the financial steering model
Profile
- Extensive experience with ERP transformation projects, preferably migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Senior management accounting professional with strong expertise in standard cost accounting
- Experience in management accounting within Fintech or IT companies
- Degree in management accounting
- Hands-on personality with drive and integrity, capable of handling challenging situations
- Outgoing personality to facilitate change management and end-user training within the company.
