Software Tester (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- As a Software Tester you will be responsible for continuously enhancing software quality processes, identifying and documenting defects in Azure DevOps, and generating regular quality reports for stakeholders.
- Your role includes developing effective test plans and executing them to validate software functionality, collaborating with various business teams to ensure relevant test cases are defined and software functionality is validated.
- Additionally, you will perform manual and automated testing at various levels.
Profile
- Quality Monitoring, Improvement, and Reporting: Continuously enhance software quality processes, identify and document defects in Azure DevOps, and generate regular quality reports for stakeholders
- Proactive Quality Culture: Encourage team-wide responsibility for quality and foster application of best practices
- Test Plans: Develop effective test plans
- Test Execution: Execute test plans and scripts to validate software functionality
- Collaboration with end users: Collaborate with various business teams to ensure relevant test cases are defined and software functionality is validated
- Manual and Automated Testing: Perform testing at various levels (e.g. Unit, Integration, System Tests)
- Use of collaboration and tracking tools (Azure DevOps)
- Good level of written and spoken German & English
- Experience in common programming languages (esp. C#, Typescript, Angular)
- Basic experience in AWS and Terraform
