- Demand Review: Assess and review demands
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Resolve incidents and problem requests
- Service Requests: Fulfill service requests
- Demand Estimation: Estimate and justify demands based on ADM methodology
- Configuration and Debugging: Configure systems and debug issues to find root causes
- Process Definition: Define processes based on customer requirements
- Design Documentation: Document high-level design
- Solution Design and Build: Create solution concepts and customize F&R integration
- Alternative Solutions: Evaluate and justify alternative solutions
- Prototyping: Validate prototypes and proofs of concept in sandbox systems

- You have advanced proficiency in SAP TM Consulting
- You are experienced in ADM- and Ticketing-area
