Test Engineer / Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Master Calibration Plan and its execution to fulfil the ISO standards
- Contacting external partners and coordinating the resources, internal and external
- Design new procedures and Check of performances
- Maintain the actual PD database by feeding the AI
- Root cause analysis, reporting (A3, reports, A8, DFMA) of Failure modes, and form part of relevant investigations
- Technical and Theoretical explanation when needed to the Staff and other depts
- Planning, assistance and execution of type tests (internal and External)
- FAT plan and execution
- Optimization and direct contribution (through the planning and realization phase) of the elements of continuous improvement
- Direct contribution to improve the safety of our processes and our partners by clearly defining processes and improvements
- Preparation of bushings and test samples for the Type or special tests (specially for TRT)
Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering / industrial engineering or equivalent
- Experience in high voltage engineering / high voltage testing / high voltage laboratory / laboratory
- Experience in root cause analysis, reporting (A3, reports, A8, DFMA) of Failure modes
- Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
