Responsibilities
- Support in the procurement of subcontractor services in the real estate sector
- Contacting suppliers and creating bidder lists
- Preparation of strategic procurement events using the Coupa platform
- Preparation, follow-up and support of negotiations - Preparatory contract and supplier management
- Organisation and scheduling of supplier meetings and bidder talks
- Assistance and support with conceptual activities
- Creation of Power Point presentations on construction projects
Profile
- Knowledge in the Real Estate sector
- Knowledge in the use ot SAP MM desirable - Practice in negotations
- Problem-solving and solution-orientated skills with attention of detail
- Cooperative, proactive and team-orientated way of working
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
