Responsibilities
- Implementing end-to-end solutions for Performance Management and Succession & Development processes
- Managing complex projects in dynamic, international environments
- Providing cross-module expertise for Job Profile Builder, Talent Intelligence Hub, and Permissions as well as data flows
- Configuring and managing PMGM, Succession & CDP, Learning Management System, People Profile, XML configurations, Permissions, Talent Intelligence Hub, and Job profile builder
- Recognizing Talent processes and their interdependencies and providing recommendations for improvement
- Understanding the Job Architecture concept including Skill-based organization and Competency management
- Delivering excellent presentations and communication with high-level stakeholders
Profile
- Certified SAP Successfactors Principal Consultant with more then 8+ years of experience in running E2E implementations of Performance Management and Succession & Development in big and complex environment
- Strong cross module knowhow especially in direction of Job profile Builder, Talent intelligence Hub and Permissions as well as data flows
- Skilled in PMGM, Succession & CDP, Learning Management System, People Profile, XML configurations, Permissions, Talent Intelligence Hub, Job profile builder
- Profound know-how of Talent processes and their interdependencies within and outside of the system
- Good understanding of the Job Architecture concept; Skill-based organization and Competency management
- Strong customer focus, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Intensive experience in managment of high-level stakeholders in dynamic, international and complex situation
- Fluent German and English skills
