Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
Profile
- Please note: We are happy to assist with the recognition of international degrees. International candidates will need to complete a recognition internship lasting between 6-12 months, during which they will be fully employed and paid
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/ Early Childhood Development / Preschool Education
- German language skills at level B1 or higher
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
