Responsibilities
- Supporting Security & Work safety in day to day business and ongoing/planned projects
- Maintaining data on security & Work safety solutions such as access control, fire protection systems, etc.
- Prebaring and submitting presentations / reports as assigned
- Managing internal and external communication as well as correspondence
- Managing procurement of services and assorted office supplies & ressources, developing partnerships with current and new suppliers
Profile
- Sound work experience in admenistration/commercial field
- Several years of job experience, ideally including documentation tasks
- Knowledge in the field of security and work safety advantageous
- Very good command of MS Office applications
- Analytic, data driven work style
- Working independently with a hands-on mentality, likes to work in teams as well
- Fluent in English language, German advantageous
