Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for various Porsche projects such as Jarvis, D2C, Aspire, PDTP, CBTP, etc.
- Utilize in-depth ERP knowledge, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, for system configuration and customizing
- Configure system settings such as tenant setup, master data, and workflow configuration
- Perform adjustments to finance, procurement, and sales processes
- Set up pricing, discount, and inventory strategies
- Handle data migration and mapping between SAP and D365
- Implement API integration with POS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
- Use Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SAP PI/PO for interface and integration tasks
- Enhance workflows and automate processes to improve efficiency
Profile
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O, SCM, CRM)
- Experience in system configuration and customizing, including workflow configuration
- Ability to work on interfaces and integration tasks, such as data migration and API integration
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SAP PI/PO
- Understanding of retail-specific processes like omnichannel retail, POS integration, and inventory management
- Familiarity with finance and payment processes within a retail environment
- Skills in process optimization and harmonization, with a focus on lean retail finance and operations
- Experience in workflow extension, process automation, and standardization practices
