Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, covering planning, procurement, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams for both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize tools such as P6 and/or MS Project
- Perform regular schedule updates, including variance analysis
- Conduct analyses of critical and near-critical paths
- Facilitate meetings with all relevant stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, construction teams, and customers
- Prepare monthly project status reports, detailing variances, progress, key events, and float values for contractual milestones for both internal and external reporting
- Ensure SAP data accuracy in compliance with Voith's internal rules and procedures
- Assist in schedule acceleration and delay reduction analysis
- Collect and document delay reasons and durations for comprehensive delay analysis
Profile
- Project planning experience with well-known EPC companies in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors (not in material management or production planning)
- Advanced proficiency in P6 and MS Project; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong command of English; German is an advantage
- Technical knowledge of power generation equipment such as turbines and generators
- Experience in EOT (Extension of Time) and Forensic/Delay Analysis
- Proven track record of completing at least two full-cycle projects, from initiation to closure
- The candidate must be on-site in Heidenheim at least three days per week
