Contract Manager (m/f/d)

• Perform and support supply chain cybersecurity risk assessments across a variety of vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, KRITIS)
• Enhance risk assessment methodologies and tools specific to the cybersecurity supply chain domain
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies based on assessment findings
• Draft and maintain standards, procedures, and processes to ensure supply chain cybersecurity resilience and regulatory alignment
• Support with drafting and implementing training to stakeholders on cybersecurity supply chain risk management best practices
• Monitor, track, and advise on supplier-related cybersecurity risk findings and follow-up actions raised during assessments
• Support internal and external audits related to supply chain cybersecurity, preparing relevant stakeholders and documentation
  

Xellia Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Global Category Manager for Indirects, MRO & CAPEX to take on a strategic leadership role in the Global Procurement & External Supply department. This position will oversee the MRO and CAPEX procurement activities across multiple manufacturing sites in Copenhagen, Budapest, and Oslo. You will lead a team of Category Specialists and coordinate sourcing activities globally, implementing cohesive category strategies to meet business objectives.

This is a high-impact role where you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAPEX procurement, particularly in relation to large-scale expansion projects, positioning yourself as a key partner within the global procurement team. You will drive strategic leadership through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management, ultimately helping shape procurement strategy for the future.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with Xellia's global company strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with sourcing activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while providing guidance and performance management.
• MRO & CAPEX Procurement: Oversee global and regional MRO & CAPEX procurement activities, including engineering services, OEM process equipment, construction, and CQV services.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier KPIs, performance evaluations, disputes, supplier visits, and ensure a strong supplier network that meets Xellia’s goals.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate risks, enforce compliance with Xellia’s Procurement Policy and process, and ensure adherence to GxP regulations.
• Savings & Efficiency Projects: Initiate and manage cost-saving and efficiency projects to optimize procurement processes and achieve financial objectives.
• Reporting: Monitor spend and savings, report on performance metrics and relevant activities, ensuring the achievement of KPIs.
• Supply Chain & OTIF (On Time In Full): Act as an escalation point to ensure CAPEX & MRO projects follow defined timelines, contributing to maintaining supplier OTIF in line with Xellia's target.

You will report directly to the Head of Procurement. The office location is in Copenhagen, but you should expect regular travel—approximately 4 to 5 days per month—for onsite visits to the manufacturing facility in Budapest, as well as occasional events, meetings, supplier visits, and training.

• Provide financial leadership for the EPD SRO organization of Direct Procurement and TPM
• Consolidate EPD Direct Spend P&L results for Plans and LBEs
• Track monthly actual results versus plan/LBE targets and conduct cost spend analysis related to Direct Spend
• Develop annual Standard Cost calculations and analytics
• Prepare monthly reports for SRO/Operations Management
• Provide product cost to commercial for year-over-year planning and NPI
• Ensure compliance with local and Corp Procurement policies and procedures
• Lead Gross Margin Improvement related activities
• Collaborate and provide financial expertise to the Direct Procurement leadership team
• Provide ongoing support to SRO Controller with Finance related activities
• Act as an informational resource by accumulating best practices/procedural guidance
• Lead other Purchasing and TPM costing related activities and projects as needed

• Sie dokumentieren Claims und Nachträge und reichen diese fristgerecht bei Auftraggebern und Lieferanten ein
• Sie führen Verhandlungen über Nachträge und Änderungen und erstellen regelmäßige Statusberichte
• Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen und Optimierungen in der Projektabwicklung, um künftige Claims zu vermeiden
  

• Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen für Rohbauten, Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen sowie Erdarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzung durch die Geschäfts-/Betriebsleitung
• Erarbeiten von Sondervorschlägen im Zuge der Angebotsbearbeitung
• Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen aus angebotenen und abgeschlossenen Bauprojekten
• Nachtragsgestaltung, Kalkulation von Nachträgen in Verbindung mit dem jeweiligen Bauleiter
• Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen / Verhandlungsführung und Festlegung von Kooperationsbedingungen mit Lieferanten
• Koordination des Einkaufsprozesses (Anfragen, Bestellungen) 
• Überwachung der Fristen, Kosten und Qualität der Arbeit
• Optimierung und Kontrolle der Kosten

• Mitglied des Projekt-Kernteams als Vertreter des Einkaufsteams; betreut die Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt und der gesamten Lieferkette für extern beschafftes Material
• Fokussierung auf die mit der Vorserie verbundene Design- Industrialisierung, Produktionsschnittstelle, Behördenzulassung sowie Sicherstellung des Serienproduktionsanlaufs und Projektabschlusses
• Management aller Projekt-Aktivitäten das Procurement betreffend vom Start bis zum Ende der Garantiezeit 
• Teilnahme an Projektcore-Meetings inkl. Durchsetzung und Kontrolle der Maßnahmen
• Funktionsübergreifende Abstimmungen zur Sicherung der Verfügbarkeit von zuverlässigen und qualitätsgerechten Systemen, Komponenten, Dokumentation und Dienstleistungen 
• Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung der projektbezogenen Einkaufsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung von Budget, Terminplan, Kunden- und Vertragsanforderungen; Umsetzung der Sourcing- und Lieferstrategie
• Freigabe der Beschaffung im Rahmen des Delegation of Authority Prozess
• Erarbeitung und Sicherstellung der Aktualisierung gesamtheitlicher Planungsdokumente (z.B. ePMFU) im Projekt
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung spezieller Projektreviews (WPR; MPR; FPR, Supplier Claim, DFQ, usw.)
• Koordination des Änderungsmanagements im Bereich Einkauf, Teilnahme im ECR Board
• Kontrolle des Budgets, der Liefertermine sowie Reporting und Risk Management für das zu bearbeitende Projekt, initiieren der entsprechenden Forderungen und Vereinbarungen ggü. Lieferanten.
