Excellent analytical skills are one of the basic requirements for a job in work preparation. You should also have completed a technical education. In many companies, attendance at a technical college or university is required.

Very good computer skills, especially in MS Office, CAD, ERP and SAP, other industry-specific software skills.
Pronounced interest in process engineering tasks.
Possibly REFA certificate
Knowledge of English when working in internationally operating companies
