Figures & facts about the collaboration

Our client was expanding its business model to Germany and needed support in recruiting. There was no local recruiting team and no internal HR structures in Germany. The focus was on attracting talent in the IT and automotive/engineering sectors and establishing a standardized recruiting process. The company's low profile in Germany and a very complex candidate market were particularly challenging.
Our customized RPO approach enabled the comprehensive management of the recruitment process for the positions to be filled. We defined and established a standardized recruiting process that the client continued to adhere to even after the end of the collaboration. Through active sourcing, we built up a candidate pool in a short space of time, which we used to fill new vacancies even faster. We also introduced an applicant management system.
