The team is responsible for the following areas:

Service Delivery Team
An off-site (near-site) MSP Service Delivery Team was set up to manage and support the processes. This involved close dialogue with the company's hiring managers.
Transparency through a vendor management system
The vendor management system (VMS) 3 Story Software from Hays ensures the necessary transparency throughout the entire process.
Demand and order planning

Expansion
The programme was successfully extended to 50 locations in Germany and the management of service contracts.
