In the last 8 years, Hays has staffed for a bank:

180 assignments via employee leasing
Over 800 freelance consultants and employees of consulting firms
60 placements in permanent positions

Since 2014, Hays has filled over 1,000 temporary positions with external specialists, both through the employee leasing model and by using freelance consultants and employees of consulting firms. In addition, over 60 permanent employees have been recruited.

Customer profile

Hays is responsible for one of the largest banks in Germany with over 9 million customers. The bank's core products are current accounts, construction financing, savings, loans for private individuals and securities. In the business customer segment Business Banking, it grants loans to small and medium-sized enterprises. In the wholesale banking segment, it offers banking services for large, international companies.
