Our client won a large tender and now had to recruit 30 specialists within 9 months in the cloud sector, an area that has not been established for long with only a few experienced talents on the market. In addition to the technical requirements, the applicants had to fulfill further criteria due to project specifications: European citizenship, very good German and English language skills, willingness to work shifts and be on call, 100% onsite presence and willingness to pass security clearance. These strict requirements led to an additionally limited number of applicants. In addition, there were repeated adjustments during the ongoing project, e.g. to the specific job descriptions, the locations and the induction process.
