Responsibilities
- Cost tracking of the projects and milestone tracking and planning of single project
- Risk management and dependency tracking / alignment with all involved stakeholders
- Meeting and workshop organization and moderation
- Preparation of design thinking and agile method workshops for requirement gathering
- Consolidation of results and target-group-oriented communication of results
- Short time takeover of requirement engineering tasks
- Using standard status report formats
- Management presentation preparation and Marketing of the project results
- Preparing and drafting documents for the project steering committees, workers council and further stakeholders
