Spezialist Outsourcing (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Continuous critical analysis, inspection, and optimization of the processes of service providers, monitoring of KPIs; continuous improvement of quality, service availability and profitability
- Communication with and coordination of providers within the projects and timelines.
- Maintaining IT systems for employee enrollment and training documentation
- Close cooperation with the line manager in day-to-day business
- Market screening for the establishment or replacement of services
- Ensuring smooth operation of the central scullery as contact for technical and organizational queries
- Support in laboratory planning, acquisitions, equipment qualifications, device calibrations. Implementation of studies
- Facility management: Initiation and coordination of basic repair and maintenance measures within the area of responsibility of O&S
- Project implementation, in particular of process development and improvement projects
- Creation and review of work instructions and SOPs
- Central contact person for relocatable furniture and the general operability of the R&D building
- Budget activities, material orders, invoice verification and approval
Profil
- University Degree in a relevant field of science e.g. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Biology, less professional experience is acceptable for higher degrees
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Self-confident demeanor and assertiveness
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners
- High level of initiative and creativity in establishing new processes
- Laboratory experience with genetic engineering activities would be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with various IT systems, general high affinity and interest in technology
- Experience with programming and automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, PowerBI, Sharepoint Online Lists
- Proficiency in German and proficiency in english
